Persönliche Erklärung

Ich beziehe persönlich Stellung zu den ungeheuren Vorwürfen (laut Medien) gegen den Flüchtlingsheimbetreiber PeWoBe in Berlin.
Das tue ich deshalb, weil ich durchaus Erfahrungen gerade im Flüchtlingsbereich habe. Ich war zuletzt für das ehemalige „Rathaus Wilmersdorf“ (Flüchtlingsnotunterkunft) zuständig, mit 1.150 geflüchteten Personen.

Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, dass irgendein Mitarbeiter, sei es aus dem Sozialdienst, aus dem Bereich der Security oder im Freiwilligenbereich solche Äußerungen gemacht hätte, oder auch nur Ansatzweise verachtend gegenüber den Betreuenden Menschen war.
Nach der Veröffentlichung von menschenverachtenden Details bei der Führungsriege der PeWoBe in Flüchtlingsheimen frage ich mich ernsthaft: Welche Konsequenzen wird man für die Verantwortlichen ziehen müssen?

Die betroffenen Einrichtungen müssen grundsätzlich neu „aufgebaut“ werden, um das Vertrauen gegenüber den Geflüchteten, der Bevölkerung, aber auch den Sponsoren wieder herzustellen. Der Schaden ist immens und belastet alle Flüchtlingseinrichtungen.

Egal wer was und wie gesagt oder geschrieben hat, solches Gedankengut lässt nur eine einzige Maßnahme zu: Deutliche Konsequenzen bis hin zur strafrechtlichen Verfolgung.
Ich selber trete immer für ein soziales Miteinander ein und vertrete das, auch wenn einige meiner Mitbürger mich ebenfalls als Gutbürger beschimpfen.

Das Wort Flüchtlingsarbeit ist in unseren Tagen zweifellos zu einem Sachstand geworden, der mittlerweile alle nur denkbaren Schattierungen menschlicher Befindlichkeiten und Boshaftigkeit aufreißt.

Das hier erkennbare Szenarium erstreckt sich von Wegschauen und Oberflächlichkeit bis hin zu Hass und Gewalt in fürchterlichen Wortargumentationen – eine Dramatik, die Blumentapeten herunterreißt! Das Zweifeln oftmals als Arznei gegen das schönredende, selbstverliebte und propagandistische Suhlen!

Grundsätzlich geht es darum Menschen zu helfen und Menschen einen Weg aufzuzeigen, den sie selber seit Jahren oder Jahrzenten nicht mehr gesehen haben, bedingt durch Krieg, Verfolgung, Hungersnöte. Schauen Sie nach Afghanistan (seit 1979 Krieg), Syrien (seit 5 Jahren Krieg) Eritrea (Hungersnöte seit 30 Jahren und Bürgerkrieg)! Man könnte diese Liste unendlich erweitern und wir würden nicht fertigwerden das Elend aufzuzählen.

Unsere Anstrengungen im Flüchtlingsbereich müssen verstärkt werden, um die Ankommenden auch in unsere Zivilgesellschaft einzuführen, auch mit den Rechten und Pflichten. Menschen die bei uns Schutz suchen, bekommen Hilfe. Es bedeutet aber auch, Geflüchtete, die straffällig und kriminell sind werden genauso durch das Strafrecht behandelt und müssen die Konsequenzen für ihr Handeln und Tun tragen. Weiterhin ist es nicht zu dulden, dass unsere Rechtsnormen bezüglich Frauenrecht und Minderheitenrecht auf Grund religiöser Ansichten außer Kraft gesetzt werden.
Das ist eine Jahrhundertaufgabe für uns als Bevölkerung und es bringt nichts, alle möglichen Szenarien der Überfremdung, massenhafter Kriminalität oder aber auch der Vernichtung unserer Bevölkerung tagtäglich in den sozialen Netzwerken zu verbreiten.

Ich soll, muss und vor allem, ich will helfen – aber dennoch gerate ich unwillkürlich aufgrund der „extremen Entwicklung“ und nicht von ungefähr in einen Zwiespalt, weil ich einfach das Leid und die Ignoranz sehe.

Was wäre der richtige Weg? Für mich steht ganz klar fest, wenn ich gebraucht werde stehe ich zur Verfügung und zwar ohne Wenn und Aber.
Der Nachhall des Harten, die Haltbarkeit des Unerbittlichen, der zähe Zauber der Zurechtweisung sind und bleiben das pure Gift jeder Sehnsucht nach Lebensfülle!

Personal Statement

I personally want to show my position to the announcement wich are done in media against the Sheter management company PeWoBe.
I want to do that, because I do have experiences in that field of refugee work. I was responsible for the former „Rathaus Wilmersdorf“ (refugee shelter) with 1150 refugees.

I cant remember that any of the staff there, not from the social departement or from securtity service or from the volunteers ever made any expression or statement similiar to that. Neither anyone was saying anything bad in any way about the refugees there.
After the publishing of the contemptous details from the leading and management staff of the PeWoBe in refugee shelters i ask myself seriously the following thing.
Which consequences this will have to those responsible managers?

The effected shelters need to be „reconstructed“ from their basic of work again –they need to recover- they need to regain the trust of the refugees and the population, and also of the sponsors again. The damage is huge and is a burdon for all refugee shelters.

It doesnt matter how things were said and written – It doesn
t matter who said those things – but what matters is, that those type of (dangerous) thoughts, ideologies and ideas – need to be punished by law and there need to be strict consequences towards those ideas.
I myself always try to stand for a good social common ground – and I also stand towards this opinion, when others call me a too social human.

The word refugee-work became nowdays a fact, that started to show us and face us with various shades and moods and spitefulness.

The scenario we can see here starts with looking away and superficiality – and continous towards hate and violence in awful argumentations.
Its a drama and desaster- that strips down the wallpaper with the nice flowers.
The doubt i used as medicine against the narcissitic try to make things sound nice in talk

Basically its neccesary to help people and to show them a way – to show whaat they couldnt see since years or decades – because of war, persecution, starvation …
Look to afghanistan (war since 1979), Syria (war since 5 Years), Eritrea (starvation since 30 years and civil war)! It would be possible to continue with this list very very long and you probably couldnt finish to name all the misery.

Our effort within the field of refugee work need to be made much stronger – it need to be done to introduce the arriving people to our civil society and to tell them also about our rights and obligations in society. Humans that need and search for our protection get our help. It also means that those who become criminal and delinquent have to face consequences and that there are taken actions by law.
Furthermore it is not to tolerate that our rules in law (for example womes rights or rights of minorities) are suspended or interrupted.

This will be a mission and task for our population for the next hundert years. It doesnt make sence or bring us anything to show and post in social media scenarios of crime or mass migration or destruction of our population.

I want and need and should help – but I start to get into a conflict because of the „extreme development“ and because of the fact that i see the sorrow and ignorance.

What would be the correct way? It is clear for me, where and when I will be needed – I am ready and I will be there – without any discussion
The sound of the tough hard, the durability of the relentless – the tough magic of the intrsuction – its the pure poison for the longing of fullness of life!
